Fees

Critiques

After investigating all the content and usability aspects of a website, we produce a written report outlining what works and what doesn’t and giving suggestions on how to improve the site.

For sites of 40 pages and under

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises (fewer than 100 employees): £400
  • Larger enterprises (100+ employees): £600

For sites in excess of 40 pages

  • Fees to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Training

Your training needs will probably be as individual as you are. However, the following should give you some idea of the sorts of fees to expect:

  • Bespoke individual training: £600 per day
  • Bespoke small group training (maximum group of 4): £1,200 per day
  • Group training for up to 12 delegates: £1,500 per day

Travel and accommodation expenses may be extra.

Content structure and creation and web design

Estimating the cost of work on the internet frequently provokes the question: How long is a piece of string? Much depends on clients’ needs and wants, plus the state of an existing website if it is to be the focus of the work. Fixing a small existing website can sometimes be far more labour intensive than creating a larger one from scratch.

Style guides

The cost of creating a style guide depends on how extensive an organisation is and how detailed it wants its guide to be – e.g. if it wants explanatory examples for each item. The following is the minimum:

  • One-page précis plus 10-page complete guide: £500

The cost of any printed version will depend on the extent of the style guide, whether it is colour or black-and-white and the type of binding.

Email newsletters

  • Bespoke template design and set-up from £300
  • Monthly monitoring and reporting from £50

Search engine marketing

  • SEO evaluation reports start at £350.
